THE ROOM
Double room in brand new flat on Hackney Bridge, Hackney Wick (E203AT). Furnished with double bed with underbed storage, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Option to use my bedding, sheets and towels to save you bringing your own (if you like).

The room has lovely views of the shared garden and is very quiet and dark at night.

THE FLAT
Uniquely decorated and everything brand new - underfloor heating, washer/ dryer, dishwasher etc.
Plenty of storage space.
There's a 3rd smaller room which isn't rented out and can be used for guests.

Fantastic location just a few minutes walk from Hackney Wick station ( and just 10 mins from Stratford) and looks directly onto the amazing hackney bridge (great independent shops and food/ drink vendors)

Flat is on the 2nd floor and has a lift. Access to both a balcony and a lovely shared garden

I have the flat professionally cleaned every week.

ABOUT ME
You'd be living with just me (I own the flat) and my friendly little Chihuaha called Gary.

I'm really focused on growing my business right now so spend most of my time working, watching football and having the occasional drinks (this isn't a party house).

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR
Strong preference for someone who doesn't work at home full time.
Dog lovers essential!
The usual stuff like clean and tidy - but mainly someone who has their own passions!
No couples.

THE DOGS
When I go away I have a professional dog sitter stay in my room to look after the dogs - so the person living with me must be comfortable with that arrangement.

£950 pm (including all bills + cleaner every week)
