The flat overlooks London, and it is very close to Primrose Hill (less than 5 mins walk), Regents Park is also within walking distance. The closest stations are Swiss Cottage and Chalk Farm (10 mins walk).

It is a very well-kept flat, the room is great! At the moment the flat is being covered by scaffolding but the work will finish this year and the building will look amazing. The flat has 3 little storage rooms, so you will have space to keep some stuff. We do not have a living room, but the kitchen is big.

We have a Tesco 5 mins away, and a Nisa almost opposite the flat.

The rent excludes bills. We have a contract with an agency, so a deposit is required (£1200).
