Short let: Double room in Swiss Cottage flat

If you're coming to London for work, or just need somewhere in between places, this might be a good fit for you.

A 3 minute walk from Swiss Cottage tube station (Jubilee line) is the art deco apartment block that houses the chilled sanctuary that I call home.

The room available is a double. There is a lovely bathroom right beside it, and you will mostly have this to yourself. You'll also have access to a huge living/dining room, modern kitchen, and outside terrace.

Minimum stay: 2 months
Maximum stay: 4 months

All bills are included in the £1300, except the cleaner, which is £60 per month.

You'll primarily be sharing with Manuela, 35, who works in research. I am the owner (a filmmaker) and will be only be in London for 1-3 days a week. When I'm here, I will be using the same bathroom as you. While I'm not here, you'll have the bathroom to yourself. I have a small dog - Raimi, a friendly miniature schnauzer.

• Excellent tube and overground links, with 4 close options to choose from.

• Swiss Cottage Tube (Jubilee) - 3 min walk away. Tube to Bond street - 10 mins.

• Finchely road Tube (Metropolitan) - 7 min walk away.

• Finchley and Frognal Overground- 15 min walk (goes to East London.)

• South Hampstead Overground (goes to Euston,) - 6 min walk.

AREA:

• Busy local highstreet 4 mins walk away, with Waitrose, Tesco and restaurants.

• Primrose Hill and Belsize park are both 15 mins away, with loads of amazing restaurants.

• Hampstead Heath and Regents park are only a 30 min walk away.
