SHORT LET: Double room with en suite in NW London

SHORT TERM LET

If you're coming to London for work, or just need somewhere in between places, this might be a good fit for you.

Available from 1st March until 28th April. You can stay for the whole period or for a minimum of one month. The move in and out dates are flexible.

The flat is a chilled sanctuary, just a 3 minute walk from Swiss Cottage tube station (Jubilee line). You'll have a double bedroom with your own private bathroom. You'll also have access to a huge living/dining room, modern kitchen, and outside terrace.

All bills are included in the price, except the cleaner, which is £60 per month.

Minimum stay - 1 month
Maximum stay - 2 months

*The flat*

You'll be sharing with me, a film writer/director who mostly works from home, and Raimi, a friendly miniature schnauzer.

The bedroom doesnt have a desk so it's not suitable for working from home. People who stay here go into the office or else work from cafes, so I'm looking for someone who has that kind of lifestyle.

Excellent tube and overground links - four nearby options:

- Swiss Cottage Tube (Jubilee) - 3 min walk away. It will take you to Bond street in 10 mins.

- Finchley road Tube (Metropolitan) - 7 min walk

- South Hampstead Overground (Lioness line) - 6 min walk

- Finchley and Frognal Overground (Mildmay line)- 15 min walk

Busy local high street 4 mins walk away, with Waitrose, Tesco, M+S, and restaurants.

Primrose Hill and Belsize park - 15 mins walk away, with loads of amazing restaurants.

Hampstead Heath and Regents park - 30 min walk away.
