• 1 Female Japanese Artist in Residence (leaving end of July) (late 20s)
• 1 Male working professional (late 30s)
• It’s a peaceful flat where people just go on about their days; they are respectful and mostly stay in their rooms.

• Shared kitchen and communal areas
o Shower is also shared with the 2 girls; one of them is leaving on 25th July
• Quiet, well-maintained building
• Secure and suitable for studying and working from home

• Gym is ~6 min walk away

Please note that the furniture in the living room has been moved around a bit since pics were taken. Similarly, the room does not show the added desk on the left, and that there is more free space in the room which has the 88-key piano and wardrobe.
