First floor en-suite room near Primrose Hill

Located between Primrose Hill and Belsize park, I am letting go of this en-suite, ideally before August 10th.

The room is spacious and modestly furnished with a large wardrobe, a square table and four chairs. Oriented eastward, the patio door opens onto a small balcony.

The en-suite located at the back of the room is more cosy but nicely decorated with small blue tiles, and includes a decent storage space under the sink.

The house is accessible mainly from Swiss Cottage station (Jubilee line), 5 minutes away by foot, and Chalk Farm (Northern line), 15 minutes away, and Lower Merton Rise bus stop (literally in front of the house). The nearest Santander cycles station is across Primrose Hill, but there are many Limes and Forest bikes across the street and around the block.

The location also benefits from the proximity to cosy areas including :
- Primrose Hill (5 minutes)
- Belsize Lane (6 minutes)
- St John Wood High Street (10 minutes)
- Regent Park (15 minutes)
- Hampstead Heath (30 minutes)

Current tenants are all working professionals, sharing time together either in the kitchen which also serves as a living room, outside on the terrace or in nearby pubs !

The parking space is currently used by one tenant, but as you can see on the picture there is plenty room for another one.
