Hiya!
I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely flat in Swiss Cottage.
It is a spacious double room with plenty of storage and would be ideal for a young professional.

The flat has 2 bathrooms, a large separate living room and a kitchen.

We’re a pretty chilled out bunch and enjoy spending time together in the evenings and weekends, whether that’s having a chat in the living room or grabbing a drink. We’re sociable but definitely not a wild party house so we’re looking for someone friendly, tidy and respectful.

Location is ideal for getting around London - 2 min walk from Swiss Cottage station (jubilee line), around 5mins from south Hampstead overground and 10mins from Finchley Road station (met line).

There are also plenty of shops and supermarkets within walking distance including a large Sainsbury’s about 10mins away as well as Tesco, Aldi and Waitrose all close by.

Rent is £981 per month which includes heating. Bills come to around £130 per month.
