Location. Round the corner from Hampstead Theatre & Central School of Speech and Drama. 1 minute from Swiss Cottage underground and bus stops.

I do a variety of short/temporary, medium, long term rents. It all depends on person's needs, circumstances in my home, and compatibility.

Well suited for temporary accommodation (weeks / /month/ few months).

I will consider longer term, but only after a trial period which I believe is sensible for both parties to gauge compatability. I am an historical researcher and writer, so value tranquility. I will initially not commit to longer than 1-3 months.

No-Ensuite. Shared bathroom, toilet, kitchen. (Bathroom and toilet are separate, next to each other).

Price.
Price for each of the two bedrooms £ 1,200 pcm.
If less than a month, price is £ 300 pw.

Price is for a single person. I will ask more for a couple, depending on length of stay, and cost of utilities which are currently rising steeply and frequently.

I will also ask for additional payment for WHF, because this significantly adds to energy prices.

The Security Deposit of £ 1,200 assumes a month stay. If the stay is shorter the deposit will be less.

NOTES:

Note 1. In my experience, Video Viewings are simply not the same as a meeting in person.. Therefore, please don't ask me 'to make an exception'. In over a decade, no one has ever taken a room based on a V-V, and I found them to be intrusive, overly long, and a complete waste of my time.

Note 2. Generic Messages are often sent indiscriminately to numerous persons. They also tend to be less than specific, and often convey a lack of understanding that I am not an Estate Agent or Absentee Landlord, but a homedweller.
