I have one double bedroom to rent in South East London suitable for a single occupant only.
The property is located only 8 min walking distance from Sydenham station! Rooms will come fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, a chest of drawers and desk if possible). The kitchen has access to the garden.

All bills plus unlimited WiFi are included in the price, but the gas and electricity have a monthly allowance. Any spend over the allowance will have to be shared by the occupiers.

Although there is no LIVING ROOM the flat is nice and tidy. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and it is big enough for everyone to eat and socialize. It is fully equipped. A separate bathroom and toilet to share between the 4 rooms.
Amazing area full of all that you need: close to many restaurants, shops, super markets, bars & pubs and cinema.

Perfect connection by bus and tube; only 1 stop away from Cristal Palace and 6 stops to Canada Water (overground orange line). Also easy access to London Bridge by train (only 5 stops and about 18min to get there) and many more!!
