The house is in an idyllic setting with a huge garden between a park and allotment gardens at the end of a little lane. No neighbours!
Off street parking is possible.

It's about 5- 6 minutes to Penge East station- Victoria in 15 minutes from there, and about 10 minutes to Sydenham with trains and overground( Windrush Line) services. 5 minutes to a LIDL, Tesco Express, local coffee shops and about 15 minutes walk to a massive Sainsbury's

The tenant of this room has the use of the large bathroom with whirlpool bath and fantastic shower over., shared with one, very very clean fastidious person. Both of you have a personal sink in your own rooms.

The room has blackout blinds and curtains which like the carpet are under a year old.
The room could be made unfurnished if necessary for a long term agreement.

There is a separate 2nd shower room for the two other upstairs tenants

Downstairs is the enormous kitchen with dishwasher, 6 burner professional gas hob, new double electric oven, combination microwave oven, double air fryer, a table seating six- eight, large double sink, and a 2 seater leather sofa for those cosy chats whilst cooking
2 large tall fridges and a tall freezer.

There is a separate utility room with 2 washing machines, dryer, dehumidifer, double sink and range of cupboards

Huge lounge backing onto the rear garden with 2 sofas and 3 armchairs and a smart tv.

The options in the drop down ad menus don't allow me to be too accurate I am usually away but when will stay in the house about every 4 -6 weeks for a few days. I have a room downstairs.

There is another tenant in a single room downstairs too but he is also away most of the time. always throughout the summer. There is another shower room downstairs that we use.

No bath or shower room is used by more than 1 other person.

The other tenants have been here for a while ( some 5+ years) though we are not a "team"- all are very friendly and sociable and all very respectful of others. We are a mix of european nationalities.

We've cleaning weekly and a gardener too.

There is also a small single room we keep for any occasional guests. This has additional storage cupboards for those lesser used items- suitcases etc.
