Two-and-a-half-month sublet – 15 Dec to 2 March

Sunny, spacious one-bedroom flat with garden access.

I’m heading to Brazil to work and visit family, and I’m looking for someone to sublet my home while I’m away, from 15 December 2026 to 2 March 2027.

The flat is bright, warm and spacious, with approximately 65 sq. metres of living space and direct access to, and views of, a large shared garden.

Bills: Council tax (£166/month), water (£38/month) and internet (£35/month), totalling £239/month, plus gas and electricity depending on usage.

Location: Ideally situated between three large parks, with shops and public transport nearby. Around 40 minutes to London Bridge via the Windrush and Jubilee lines, or by train.

Looking for someone happy to keep my plants watered while I’m away.

Proof of income and one reference required. No pets, sorry. Couples welcome.
