Female wanted - Double room in bright flat

Hi!

We have a midsize double room available from June 1st in our flat in Sydenham.
Rent is £760
Bills are roughly £120 including council tax (band D)

Located on the high street, and a 5 minute walk from Sydenham station. Lots of shops, parks, and bus routes nearby.

Current household is myself and Eliza, two actresses in our mid/late 20's.
We're ideally looking for a female housemate in a similar age range who is happy to socialise occasionally (we try our best do do a flat dinner once a month or so, either cooking for each other/together or ordering out) but also values alone time as we all work on different schedules.
So as long as you're friendly, clean, and respectful we will all get along just fine!

We have a shared kitchen/living room that we will occasionally 'book' for an hour or two for meetings or recording, so you are more than welcome to do the same, though working from home in the shared space wont be possible.
