Hey,

We're looking for a third person to join our spacious home - as our friend is moving out after 2 years to get a place with her partner.

The bedroom will be largely furnished. It will come with the wardrobe and bed - additionally has a walk-in wardrobe, but the desk and bedside table are being taken. Ultimately happy to help shift any items not wanted if you had your own bed etc.

The house has parking / garden / large living room and dining area. The home is fully furnished including a spare room for the odd guest. There is a really solid amount of storage throughout. We own all the furniture / TV / kitchen appliances etc - everything is treated as communal though, we prefer it to feel like family rather than strangers coexisting.

Location is within a couple of minutes from Sydenham Station / Sainsburys Local / Pure Gym / Pubs & Cafes.

I work from home and my girlfriend Annabelle is hybrid - so there is often someone in the house, with lots of space to have us all working here at once. Myself and Annabelle are sociable; playing in a football & netball team, hosting the occasional bbq and have a nice group of friends in the area.

We have 2 friendly cats, so please only apply if that's okay.
