Large double room with en suite in relaxed home

The larger room in the flat I rent is up for grabs as my current housemate is returning to her home country.

The flat:

Very large room with en suite and built in wardrobe in a really lovely, tidy, light and airy flat with wooden floors and an open plan kitchen and living room. There’s a second larger bathroom including a bath etc.

The room will be unfurnished but there could be a situation where you maybe able to purchase some of the furniture from my current housemate. The rest of the flat is furnished fully with my furniture.

The flat is in a gated community, very safe and quiet and has its own parking spot which I don’t use, so you’d be welcome to it.

The flat is 2 mins walk away from Sydenham station on the windrush line.

Me:

33yr old man. I work in advertising and am largely in the office 5dpw but an occasional wfh day here and there.

A nice relaxed home environment is super important and the flat is really suited for it!

I’m deeply passionate about cooking and eating, so you’ll likely eat well living here.

The situ:

The landlord is great and you’ll be taking over the lease from my current housemate. The lease is about to renew for another year and the rent is not rising.
I’m keen to get someone lined up quite quickly for this and I’m sure I’ll be able to give you a hand moving in.

There’s a chance the dates for moving could be negotiable to bring closer, but tbc!

The bills:

Around 250/260 PM including a cleaner coming every 2 weeks.
