We are a queer friendly, peaceful & cosy household. We have a garden, and large amounts of kitchen storage space. Landlord is very friendly, good at fixing things but respectful of space and privacy beyond that.

Ideally situated, 20 minute walk away from local retail park (big Aldi, Sainsburys, B&Q), 10 minute walk away from Lidl & nearest gym, 15 minute walk away from Windrush line to get into central or Lower Sydenham to get into Charing Cross. Also, 3 minute walk away (literally around the corner) from our local park to get access to a green space ☀️

I will die on the hill that Sydenham is a lovely underrated area, it has a queer book club (Kirkdale Books), yoga studio and lots of (actually cheap!!) charity shops!
