- There is a big communal garden (shared by six flats) and also a personal plot for this flat.

10 mins to Queens Road Peckham (trains to London Bridge and Windrush line Dalston/Clapham Junction)

Good direct bus connections and night buses
Short bus to Deptford DLR access

THE AREA:
Such a nice area with Telegraph hill lower and upper parks close by. Closest pubs are Skehans and the Earl of Derby. Lots of independent shops and restaurants within walking distance.
