👋Hello! I’m Lola and I have a spacious, fully furnished self contained loft bedroom, complete with an open-plan living area, kitchenette and a separate private bathroom with shower and toilet.
The loft occupies its own private floor (2nd floor) and comes furnished with a king-size bed, 2-seater sofa, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. It’s a bright and welcoming room with lovely after sunset sky views in a great area. Few minutes walk to Brockley station and local park- telegraph hill or hilly fields.

🏡 About my household:
My 7 year old son lives here and my mum comes over to stay sometimes, so no loud music/ no live instruments/ no loud noise or late night visitors please. Looking for someone very quiet, who keeps themselves to themselves and who likes kids!. Would suit a professional, wanting a comfortable and calm base. Ps. No use of ground floor kitchen/ sitting room/ garden as that's our family space. Access to washing machine on ground floor once a week on agreed day/time.

💡 All bills included: electricity, gas central heating, water, council tax and broadband. Extra charge of £150 pcm for couples or short term lets (<3 months).
