👋Hello! I’m Lola and I have a spacious, fully furnished self contained loft bedroom, complete with an open-plan living area, kitchenette and a separate private bathroom with shower and toilet.
The loft occupies its own private floor (2nd floor) and comes furnished with a king-size bed, 2-seater sofa, wardrobe, desk/coffee table and chest of drawers. It’s a bright and welcoming room with lovely after sunset sky views in a great area. Few minutes walk to Brockley station and local park- Telegraph Hill or Hilly Fields.

🏡 About my household:
My 7 year old son lives here and my mum comes over to stay sometimes. I love music but no live instruments rehearsals and no weekday loud noise or late night visitors please.

Would suit a professional, wanting a comfortable and calm private base. The ground floor kitchen/ sitting room/ garden is our private family space. You have access to washing machine on ground floor. I would need access to loft storage very occasionally.
