The flat is directly opposite Telegraph Hill Park and has access to its own private courtyard and private section of garden.

Price includes all bills, council tax, wifi and a fortnightly cleaner. Can also include linen/towels if needed.

About me: I’m 28, sociable, enjoy a pint (or five!) but also value quiet nights in. I’m often out and about and fairly busy. I work as a nurse Monday-Thursday so out most of the day. I also stay in NE London one or two nights a week.

This setup would suit someone not working from home full-time, ideally looking for a comfortable London base during the working week where you can leave clothes/possessions etc ready for the next working week.

My current tenant is a close friend who I’ve lived with for four years and is now moving to Australia, so I’m looking for the right person to take over the room part-time.
