You will be living with me - an artist and semi-retired landscape gardener, previously an art lecturer - and my adult daughter who will be living here too for a few months from October.
This is a very pleasant, friendly neighbourhood where I have lived for several decades. There is a community cafe and annual Arts Festival drawing on local talent, independent shops and cafes a short walk away and several popular pubs.
Transport links are excellent from here. From Nunhead station (less than 10 minutes walk) there are trains to Victoria or Blackfriars/Kings Cross St Pancras and from Queens Road Peckham or New Cross Gate there is the Windrush Line connecting with the Jubilee Line and Elizabeth Line.
