I’m looking for someone lovely to rent the spare room in my two-bedroom Victorian flat on Pepys Road, available from 1st January. Ideally looking for someone who wants to make it a long-term home (12 months+).

The flat is a beautiful, calm and creative space, full of character and in one of the best little pockets of South East London. Think lovely period features, a cosy living room, a bright kitchen and a stone’s throw from Telegraph Hill Park.

You’ll be sharing with my friend, who’s in her mid-thirties and works in TV. She’s friendly, considerate and easy-going. The flat is a cosy home rather than a party house – no afters or big parties here! We’re looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful who has their own life but is also up for the occasional film night, a chat and a friendly home environment.

* A stone’s throw from beautiful Telegraph Hill Park.
* Skehans, our brilliant local pub, is just around the corner.
* Easy walks to Brockley, Nunhead and Peckham.
* Just a 6-minute walk to New Cross Gate Overground, making getting around London super easy.

The bedroom is large, and the flat is fully furnished.
