The flat has wooden floors and high ceilings in some rooms.
We have fast Fiber internet . The wonderful back garden can be accessed through the live-in kitchen.
We have all mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc.
The flat spreads over 2 floors and gives quite some privacy to everyone. The flat has 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 2 fridges....
We like to spend time with each other, but also respect each other's privacy.
A cleaner comes usually every 2 weeks for a general clean, the rest of cleaning is shared.

We have a lovely large double room available. The room has wooden floors, a double bed, a desk, wardrobe and shelves.

We are looking for a lovely, considerate, female or male flatmate.

We have a very sweet cat that cannot get enough cuddles.

There is free parking on our street.

New Cross Gate station (Zone 2) is very close and it is very well connected. It takes you in 8 minutes to London Bridge or you can take the Overground and be in Shoreditch High Street in just over 15 minutes.

The room is £850 incl bills. The flat is shared with myself and an 8 year old child, who loves our lodgers ❤️. The deposit is 1 month.
