Lounge and kitchen also have plenty of space and lots of light. There is a conservatory alongside the flat where there’s a cupboard for coats etc. Bathroom has the usual - toilet, shower/bath, sink, mirrors and airing cupboard. Water pressure in the shower is decent.

The area is super nice - you are 5 mins walk from the Common where there’s a few restaurants, two good pubs and a Sainsbury's Local. It’s easy to get into London via Wandsworth Common station which runs into Victoria via Clapham Junction. Tooting Bec tube station (Northern Line) is only 13 mins walk (or bus if you’re feeling lazy). Balham is a 15 min walk, and has larger Sainsbury’s and Waitrose and lots of restaurants/bars.

If you have a car, parking is on street and requires a permit from Wandsworth Council (about £160 per year).
