Our flatmate will be leaving mid-August to move back home after 4 great years! So we're looking for a forth person to replace her. Rent is fixed until May 2028! (Changes to tenancy agreements from. May 2026 applicable).

The House:
Four-bed house on a quiet residential street just off Upper Tooting road, clean and in good condition, the house has a good-sized lounge with dining space and a galley kitchen leading onto the large garden

The Room:
Large double bedroom with built-in double wardrobe and plenty of space to fit in a desk in case you need to work from home or any other furniture you might need.
The room is based on the first floor with a southwest window that looks out to the garden. Room can be provided with furniture as shown or partially furnished (bed and wardrobe only).

Location:
6 minutes walk to Tooting Bec Tube Station (Northen Line) or 7 minutes walk to Tooting Broadway (both zone 3). We're just off the high street and very close to great places like the Tooting Market, pubs the likes of Castle, WheatSheaf, Tram, etc, and some of the best London curry houses. There is also a very handy Tesco Metro 30 seconds away from the house and plenty of options to do your food shopping (Lidl, Aldi & Sainsburys) basically, you won't go hungry!
We also have Wandsworth and Tooting Common nearby.

The rent is £900 a month plus bills. Usually, bills are around £115 per person which includes electricity, heating, Internet, council tax, water and a cleaner that comes every other week.

Roy - Ester's cat who may try to convince you he needs third breakfast. Enjoys naps in various locations

We are all working in the office 2-3 days a week and love a good excuse for a takeaway and some terrible telly at the end of a long day. The garden is a great cuppa spot for when you need a breather from the inbox.
