The house boasts two bathrooms: a bath-shower combo and a shower room, both equipped with a sink and toilet. The fully-equipped kitchen and living room come with a smart TV, perfect for Netflix and Amazon Prime binges, and all the necessary appliances. The garden patio is a great spot to unwind, and there's a secure bike storage area for cyclists 🤌
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD 🏘️
The house is a short walk from the popular Tooting Common. It's a 5-minute walk to both Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway.
You'll be close to boutique shops, great cafes, the local market, and a variety of bars and restaurants. A local supermarket is just a 1-minute walk away.🛍️🛒

You'll be sharing the property with four professional males:
- Marcin (34): Works in internal sales. He likes spending time online and occasionally relaxing with a drink.
- James (29): Works in the TV industry. He is active in sports and fitness and knows the local area well.
- Luke (26): Senior Content Handling Specialist. He enjoys football, reading, and playing music.
(Please note: One other room is currently on the market as well; we'll update you on the final housemate profile once that room is filled!)
Since the current household is all-male, we're ideally looking for another male tenant to keep the balance. We carefully select our tenants to ensure a positive house dynamic, and you’ll have the opportunity to meet them to ensure it’s a perfect fit before signing your contract! 💯⭐

Your rent covers everything: gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, and TV license. We also provide a bi-weekly cleaning service and an in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may arise.👌
