Quite house in Tooting next to train station

We are looking for someone to join our peaceful vibes and who knows what respect means.

We are easy going, but strict on cleaning. We have organised the rota so we clean every week the shared areas (rotates so each month you clean one time but full), but on top of that, we do clean as we go, so everyone can enjoy the house clean and tidy everytime. If these requirements arent met, we will terminate this agreement immediately. Hope this is clear.

We are able to stay until end of the year, maximum December as our landlord is sick and will sell the house, unless he recovers and wants to renew again (we have been here for 6 years) so please have some consideration if something breaks.

If you are a professional, who knows how to keep up with busy London, bills and rent, now we talking. We do not accept any kind of discrimination or abuse, any.

Well, you know Tooting? The house is just 5 min away from the train station and a short 15 min walk to the tube station Tooting Broadway and its vibrant market! The area offers a great range of shops and services in a trendy neighborhood.

Being honest, we love it down here, we got everything and in the house we enjoy being quiet, respect the times of the day and enjoy creativeness. We appreciate culture and knowledge, we are open-minded and we want the best of you! But also like to have our own private space, so visitors are allowed but not everyday and often. We have a very useful off license shop, literally next door.

The room will be rented as you will see it in person, changes wont be allowed and you will be sharing your bathroom with only one more girl. (We have two, one in each floor, each toilet is just shared between those two girls of the floor).

You will also have plenty of storage in the kitchen and share one of the two fridges with one more person.

Recycling is a legal requirement in this area by the council, we wont have another penalty because of you, just saying.

Neither pets nor couples are allowed, but we have a jungle, so feel free to bring your plants! And yes, all bills are included, wifi (until September) and council tax is also covered.

This house has helped people from all around the world and we would love to keep our mission for as long as you need it during this time or may be we can renew another year if the landlord recovers and wants to carry on renting the house. The total number rooms is 4, allowing only four people in the property.(cannot change it) The pictures of the room are just for reference, it has new carpert.
