Large Character Room in New Flat, Tooting

Hey, I’ve just moved into the new 1840 development in tooting with my little dog Luna. It’s a two bed two bath, so although you don’t have an en-suite you effectively have your own shower / bathroom. The flat is open plan with dining, lounge and kitchen, I’m slowly getting it furnished!

Your room comes with a character archway and windows, there’s a decent double and desk in there at the moment. I can also sort you a wardrobe or would be open to you furnishing yourself.

I’m a professional, work in the city so out quite a lot with the odd day wfh. Ideally you’re also working with some time in the office / out of the flat. I’m easy going, love a guinness or G&T and socialise a lot locally. Also like to chill and cook (pretty badly so don’t get your hopes up haha)

I can’t accommodate additional pets sorry, I only have approval for Luna.

(Not sure what the band is but council tax is Wandsworth, I’ve only just moved in so getting this set up)
