We have a double room available in a lovely house on a quiet residential street, just a short walk from Tooting Broadway & Tooting Bec stations. ✨

THE HOUSE 🏡
The house has 2 bathrooms (bath-shower and shower room, both with sink & toilet). Fully equipped kitchen-living room with SMART-enabled TV (for all you Netflix and Amazon Prime fans!) and all appliances, as well as secure bicycle storage.👌

This isn't a party house, but a sanctuary from work and the world where everyone socializes and shares, but knows when and how to give space. 🏡

THE NEIGHBORHOOD 🏘️
Located in a vibrant and convenient neighborhood, our house is just a short walk from Tooting Bec, Tooting Broadway, a bustling market, a supermarket, and the popular Tooting Common.

THE ROOM 🛏️
Your cosy double room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a desk, providing a comfortable and private space. 👍

THE HOUSEMATES 🏠
You will be living with four other male professionals:

- Marcin, 32, enjoys spending time online and relaxing with an occasional drink (beer or tequila).
- James, 28, enjoys exploring London with friends.
- John, 22, has hobbies including running, fitness, reading, cooking, socializing, and traveling.
- Sam,24, enjoys pub quizzes and various sports (recently started bouldering).

This is an all-male household, and we're looking for another male housemate with a similar vibe. You will have an opportunity to meet your fellow housemates before deciding whether you want to go ahead. 💯

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £100 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.🤌

THE TEAM 👩‍💼👨‍💼
We are a boutique property company specialising in homely house shares in SW London. We take pride in personally meeting and hand picking our tenants to ensure we create the right dynamic in a sociable home.

We are not an agency (more like a professional landlord). As such, we do not take a commission or charge any fees.
