This spacious home features five bedrooms and four bathrooms (three en-suite, one shared). You'll also find a separate kitchen, a comfortable living room with sofas and a dining table, plus a large garden with a relaxing decking area. 😌

The property benefits from excellent transport connections, including a 10-minute walk to Tooting mainline station (Thameslink) and a 15-minute walk to Tooting Broadway tube station (Northern line). 🚉

It is situated on a quiet residential street, within easy reach of the cafes, shops, bars, and restaurants of Tooting! 🛍️🛒

This fully furnished, cozy room features a comfortable small double bed and a convenient wardrobe. 👌

THE HOUSEMATES 🏠
You'll be living with four other young female professionals:

- Renee (25) – Operations and Sustainability Coordinator. She loves running, hanging out with friends, pub quiz nights, and coffee!
- Micaela (23) – Economic Consultant. Her interests include volleyball, running, the gym (pretty much any sport!), reading, and hanging out with family and friends.
- Minna (29) – Recruitment & Training Coordinator. Her hobbies include cheerleading, reading, art, and skiing.
- Wema (26) – Events Manager. She enjoys attending music gigs, reading, going to the gym, and hanging out with friends and family.

Since all of our current tenants are female, they prefer to share the house with another female with a similar profile.

We believe it's essential for everyone to get along, so you'll have the opportunity to meet your prospective housemates before making a final decision. 💯

THE BILLS 💷
Your rent covers everything: gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, and TV license. We also provide a weekly cleaning service and an in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may arise. 🤌
