We have a large double room with a private bathroom available in a cosy house on a lovely residential street, a short walk from Tooting mainline station (and 15 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway tube station). ✨

THE HOUSE 🏡
The house consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite plus 1 shared), a kitchen and dining/living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large garden with patio decking. 🤌

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD 🏘️
The house is located on a quiet residential street not far from cafes, shops, bars, and restaurants in Tooting. It's a 10-minute walk to Tooting mainline station (Thameslink) and a 15-minute walk to Tooting Broadway tube station (Northern line).🚉

THE ROOM 🛏️
This bright and spacious double room is the perfect private retreat. It features a private bathroom, ample natural light, and comes fully equipped with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a side table with additional storage. It’s designed to be your ideal space to relax and recharge. 💆‍♀️

Please note that the sofa and coffee table have been removed at the current tenant's request to accommodate a desk and a chair. However, we can return them if you prefer.👍

THE HOUSEMATES 🏠
You'll be sharing with four friendly, young female professionals:

• Minna (29) – Works in HR & Recruitment. Her hobbies include cheerleading, reading, art, and skiing.
• Wema (26) – Works in Events. She enjoys attending music gigs, reading, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family.
• Asma (21) – Graduate Trainee. She enjoys movies, going to the gym, hiking, reading, traveling, and baking.

(Note: We are also currently marketing one of the other rooms, so there will be one other new tenant joining the house!)

Since all of our current tenants are female, they prefer to share the house with another female with a similar profile. 👩

We believe it's essential for everyone to get along, so you'll have the opportunity to meet your prospective housemates before making a final decision! 💯

THE BILLS 💷
Your rent covers everything: gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, and TV license. We also provide a weekly cleaning service and an in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may arise. 🤌

THE TEAM 👩‍💼👨‍💼
We are a boutique property company specialising in homely house shares in SW London. We take pride in personally meeting and hand picking our tenants to ensure we create the right dynamic in a sociable home.

We are not an agency (more like a professional landlord). As such, we do not take a commission or charge any fees.👏
