Double room, ensuite, must be dog friendly!

Hi! We live in a big, 5 bed shared house in Tooting. We are all women between 27-32 looking for a housemate.

Location: we are right off the high street, between Bec and Broadway station, approx 8 mins walk from Bec station. And 1 min from the big Lidl.
We have a big kitchen/living room and a separate tv room and a really big garden.
We are a sociable bunch and do regular things together, but equally have our own lives. We really value a family feel in the house and are pretty close.

We have a house dog (small staffie!), so must be ok with dogs.

Room: the room is on the first floor, is a big double with a double Ottoman bed (lots of storage), a tall 3-door cupboard and a 6-drawer chest of drawers. I also have a desk if you would like to keep it! The room has a large ensuite with a walk-in shower, a over sink mirror and a large separate mirror cabinet.

There are two seating areas in the garden, a big sofa at the back and some seats on the patio.
