1 small double room available in a lovely house with a garden.

The house has a very relaxed friendly vibe. Everyone gets along really well and we often go to the pub together, throw the odd party, and Joe usually cooks dinner for everyone.

The house is located a 10 minute walk to Colliers Wood tube station and about a 5 minute walk to Tooting train station. There's a corner shop next door which is super handy and Lidl, Aldi and a large Sainsbury's all close by as well as gyms and all the pubs and restaurants that Tooting has to offer.

Ideally the new housemate would be looking for a similar vibe to current - social and relaxed. If you like reality tv then please apply. A little bit about the gang:

Jack, 28, English, is an editor for a magazine, loves football, going for walks, reading and generally having a good time!

Joe, 26, Chef, loves BBQs, movies and going to the pub.

Georgia, 28, works for an environmental charity. Hobbies include CrossFit, running and gigs.

Olivia, 25, Aussie, works in finance for sports design company, loves trying new cafes, park runs, travelling and gigs.
