This lovely double room comes fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a cozy double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a bedside table. 😌

THE HOUSEMATES 🏠

THE BILLS 💷
The bills are all included in the rent (so no arguing about who used what!). They include gas, electricity, water, council tax and superfast broadband. The landlord deals with any maintenance issues that come up. 👏
