Sadly, moving out of my room at the end of September. Although can be flexible and move out earlier, so looking for someone to take over from end of August!

The room is honestly massive – really bright, light and airy with high ceilings, loads of space and plenty of room to make it your own. It comes furnished with a double bed and lots of storage space. I share a bathroom with one other flatmate.

The house is in the perfect location, just minutes away from Tooting Broadway tube station and the Tooting High Street.

You'll be living with two guys and a girl who I have genuinely enjoyed living with. It's a really friendly house and they've made living here such a great experience.

Council tax and cleaner every other week are included. Wi-Fi, gas, electric and water are around £100 a month depending on the month.

Affordability requirements: min gross montly salary of 3,300.
