A wonderful large bright room is available in a very stylish and recently refurbished house near Tooting Broadway which has a lovely kitchen/social area and 2 bathrooms. Im happy to provide a desk if needed to new tenant.

The house is perfectly located on a quiet street a short stroll from the shops, amenities and the train station of Tooting junction (Tooting overground) plus a Tesco local and park at the end of the road with an outdoor workout area. The property offers plenty of outside space which includes a beautiful private south facing garden, perfect for summer BBQ’s and outdoor workouts and a huge loft for storage of suit cases and other unwanted room clutter.

In terms of transport links this property is perfect!! There is the aforementioned overground less than 5 minutes walk away which links directly to Wimbledon one direction where you can access the district line and Blackfriars, City Thames-link, Kings cross etc the other. You can also take a short stroll to Colliers Wood tube one direction (10 mins) or Tooting Broadway tube the other (10 mins and both on the northern line which is 24 hours on a weekend) or a bus from the end of the street every 2 mins to Tooting Broadway which takes approx 4 mins.

The property is a 10 minute walk from Tooting Broadway shops, here you’ll find plenty of shops including a large Primark plus numerous trendy brunch spots including Mud (just down the road from the house), Brick wood, Milk teeth etc, plus both Tooting markets which now rival Brixton village for pop up food venues and bars. You will also find other fantastic bars, restaurants and pubs like the Castle with its awesome beer garden. In addition Tooting was also recently voted one of the top 10 coolest neighbourhoods in the world to live by Lonely Planet so it really is the place to be.

The room is a good size but no real space for a desk with new double beds and orthopaedic mattress, new bedside tables and drawers. All bills are included in the price along with high speed broadband internet and a cleaner fortnightly. There is a large kitchen and open plan lounge/dining area with 4 seater dining table and flat screen TV provided for Netflix and Movies.

This really is an amazing property with a fantastic kitchen for entertaining and stylish brand-new bathroom.
