Double room in great Tooting house share

Double room available in great 4 bed house share! 5 minute walk to Tooting Bec Station.

Please note this is a 3 month contract 1st June to 1st September , with the potential to extend for 1 year. The landlord is putting the feelers out to sell , but has said if he doesn’t get a decent offer over the summer he will offer another 1 year contract from 1st September. Rent will then go up to £960.

Bills approx £100 a month

The room comes furnishes with a double bed and mattress, built in wardrobes and a couple of chests of drawers. I will be taking the large white set of drawers but willing to sell the desk if the new tenant wants it .

We've got a garden with BBQ and furniture for the warmer months, and a good sized kitchen with separate lounge. The house is well maintained, and our landlord is really helpful and responsive. Everyone keeps the place clean and tidy, and we have a cleaner come in twice a month.

I have had a brilliant 3 years in the house, and I'm only leaving as I'm moving in my boyfriend.

All the flatmates are a similar age (34-37) Lawrence, Craig and Chelsea, and we're ideally looking for a similar aged girl to replace me and keep the balance. Everyone has fairly busy schedules, but we've become good friends and are social and often chill in the lounge together, or have drinks at the great local pubs around Tooting.
