I'm relocating for work, so looking for someone to take over my room. The other four are staying put: all 25/26, working professionals, sociable but respectful of each other's space, into sport, partial to a pub session, and easy to live with. Tooting Market on the doorstep, plus The Castle, The Corin, Trafalgar Arms, Craft Tooting Brewery, and a proper restaurant scene. Tooting Common and the Lido a short walk away, plus four gyms within 8 minutes if that's your thing.
Tenancy: Joint AST, now rolling periodic under the Renters' Rights Act (no fixed end date, two months' notice to leave).
