My current housemate & bestmate is moving out to live with her partner (she’s growing up!) so looking for a new housemate. 🫶🏻

The room is a lovely spacious double with your own bathroom at £1,087 a month before bills (which are around £130 pcm).

It comes with a double bed, new mattress, and a wardrobe. There is space for a desk and more drawers etc as per pics.

A little about me (Mia) who you will be living with - I’m 26, work in marketing & social media, and have lived in London for 4 years. I’m super sociable, love both the gym and the pub, but also love my downtime in the week. At the weekends I’m usually seeing friends, or getting out for a run.

Looking for someone of a similar age, who works full time too (landlord request).

Onto flat layout… it’s super spacious, with 2 big rooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open plan living & kitchen area.

We’re a 2 min walk from Tooting Broadway tube, and 15 min walk to Tooting Common.
