Double room in centre of Tooting Broadway

I am sadly moving out of my flat in Tooting Broadway after an amazing 3 years living here and looking for someone to replace me!
(Only because I’m buying my own little flat…scary!)

The Room & House
• rent is £812.50 a month (bills are all split equally and normally around £100 a month)
• furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
• balcony with lots of sunlight!!
• large house over three levels, massive kitchen and a separate living room

The Flatmates
You’ll be living with Eliza, Chris and Chris (or Chris squared). All professionals working full time in the city. Everyone is friendly and gets along well, we occasionally do dinners or drinks, but also everyone has their own lives as well. (This is not a party house!)

Location
The flat is literally about a 3 minute walk from Tooting Broadway Tube station so location is amazing.
Everything you could possibly need is right on your doorstep!

Who We’re Looking For:
• Tidy, respectful, and friendly housemate
• Age range: Ideally Mid 20s-Mid 30s
• Not a party house, but social enough for a chilled drink now and then
• Move-in date is currently not set in stone as I haven’t got completion dates set yet but looking end of June to early July
• Looking for someone long-term (1-year minimum)
