Looking for 4th person in a stunning 4 bed duplex

URGENT – Looking to fill 4th room in our new house 🏡

We’re looking for one more person to join our house share in a lovely 4-bed property in Tooting. There’s currently 2 gay men and 1 female moving in, all mid-20s, and we’re hoping to find someone of a similar age who’d be a good fit for the house — ideally another girl to balance things out a bit!

Move-in date is 1st August.

The house itself is genuinely amazing and finished to a really high standard as it was previously the landlord’s family home. It’s a duplex layout over 2 floors with its own private street entrance, huge bedrooms, loads of wardrobe space, and either an en-suite or large shared bathroom on each floor. It also has air conditioning in every bedroom (a rare luxury in London!) and comes fully furnished with king or super king beds.

Rent is £1,125 each, split evenly between all rooms.

A bit about us:

Seth (pictured) – I’m 27 (nearly 28) and work as a paramedic doing shift work. Outside of work I love spending time with friends, going for drinks at the pub and the occasional Friday night out when I’m not working. I travel whenever I can and the gym is a big part of my life too. Equally, I love a quiet night at home and having some downtime. I may have a bit of a resting bitch face but I promise I’m kind, caring and always up for a good chat on the sofa about absolutely anything.

Brit (pictured) – I’m 26 and work for the ambulance service. I’m active and easy-going, and love yoga, Pilates and keeping fit. I enjoy travelling, spending time with friends and visiting family in Dubai, but also really value my own downtime and having a good balance between socialising and personal space.

Tom – I’m nearly 24 and work as a hotel manager, so I spend a lot of time out at work. Outside of that I enjoy seeing friends, spending time with my partner and hanging out with my flatmates. I also appreciate having my own space and time to recharge.

We’re looking to create a house where everyone gets on well and enjoys each other’s company — whether that’s chilling together at home, going for drinks, or just having a laugh in the kitchen. At the same time, we all work busy jobs and shift patterns, so it’s important that everyone respects each other’s downtime and sleep schedules too.
