Double Room in Tooting

Double room available mid December.
The room is at the back of the house on the first floor and comes with the bed (other furniture can be added on)

House has a spacious garden, decent sized living room and kitchen, and on street parking.

Location-wise, it’s:
5 mins walk to Tooting Station and Lidl
10-15 mins walk to Tooting Broadway and M&S

About us:
Hannah is a teacher and Emily works in tech, with a mix of WFH and office days.

We’re both pretty active - enjoying running, parkrun, cycling, dancing at the pub and some drinkies (parkrun does depend on how much is drank on a Friday night)!! Both love a sofa night watching the traitors and even better with a glass of wine and sweet treat (preferable m&s cookies😋).
We’re looking for someone who’s working full-time, happy to go through referencing, and is easy-going, tidy and considerate, even better if you are an fantastic cook and leave the kitchen smelling lovely!! Deposit is 5 weeks rent and good vibes 🙃
