Lovely Room Available in Tooting 🏡

Hi everyone!

We have a double room available in our lovely, clean house in Tooting from 15 July. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

You’ll be living with three friendly housemates:

Natasha (23)
That’s me! I’ve lived here since September and work as a trainee solicitor. I love coffee walks, pub trips, running, and generally being anywhere with UV above 7☀️.

Emma (27)
Our resident Kiwi 🥝. Emma moved to London in 2024 and works in project management. If she isn’t homes is is likely either (a) out on a long walk; or (b) heading off on an impromptu weekend trip to somewhere in Europe! ✈️

Heather (23)
Heather works in healthcare and moved to Tooting last year 👩‍⚕️. She loves a workout session, brings a lovely bubbly energy to the house, and is always smiling - unless there’s a spider involved, in which case you’ll probably hear her before you see her!!

We’re a sociable household and enjoy the occasional pub trip, catch-up in the living room, or yapping on the sofa with a cup of tea and some terrible TV.

📍 Location

The house is in a great spot with excellent transport links:

* 5-minute walk to Tooting railway station
* Around 10 minutes to the nearest underground station
* Bus stops and limebikes moments away

There’s also a Lidl a few minutes away, lots of great cafes, and Tooting Market is around a 15-minute walk.

✨ Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone aged 23–27 who is friendly, tidy, and working a similar schedule to us (roughly 9–5). We’d ideally like someone who mainly works from the office. Unfortunately, we’re not able to consider students.

Rent: £628 per month
Bills: approximately £100 per month, and includes Netflix!
Deposit: £725
