Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my bright double room in a lovely 3-bed house in Tooting from the end of July, as I'm taking a career break.

Rent: £1,100pcm
Bills: ~£104pcm
Deposit: £1,269 (5 weeks' rent)

The room is furnished with a bed and built-in storage, and gets lots of natural light with views over the playing fields.

The house has a spacious kitchen, separate living room, shared bathroom, and a good-sized garden/patio space.

We're located between Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway stations on the Northern Line (both around a 10-minute walk), with a bus stop at the top of the road and easy access to local shops, restaurants, Tooting Market and Springfield Park.

You'll be sharing with two friendly female professionals (late 20s/early 30s) in a relaxed and easy-going house. We're ideally looking for a female professional, unfortunately no couples or pets.
