The room is furnished and gets lots of natural light with views over the playing fields.

Bills: ~£100pcm
Deposit: 5 weeks' rent

You'll be living with Lydia (27), data analyst who likes dogs, Formula 1 and crocheting, and Eilidh (32) civil servant who likes football, NYT games and flat whites. We're a relaxed and easy-going house, ideally looking for a female professional, unfortunately no couples or pets.

-Shared small room for additional storage/ wfh set up

📍 Location:
-Less than 10 min walk to both Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway (Northern Line)
-Big Lidl and bus stop at the top of the road (155, 219, 355)
-Close to Tooting Market, local shops, restaurants and Springfield Park
