Our housemate is sadly leaving us to move in with a partner and we're looking to fill her room in our lovely house!
Rent is £625 + bills approx £80 each a month (including £25 council tax a month each). Deposit is £720.
It's a cosy double-room which comes with a wardrobe and bed.
The house has a shared living room with TV, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with shower/bath and a paved back garden perfect for enjoying the sunshine.
7 mins walk to Tooting Broadway, 9 mins walk to Tooting Bec. The area is full of great restaurants, pubs and lots of supermarkets.
You would be living with 3 young professionals, who are a mix of WFH and in-person.
