Room Available in Friendly Shared Flat in Tooting

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our relaxed and friendly shared flat.

The room is bright, comfortable, furnished with a bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. It's the smallest room in the flat but has a double bed and a small window with really nice views. The flat has a shared kitchen with dining area, living area, small balcony and bathroom, and is located in a great area with easy access to public transport (10 minutes to Tooting Bec Station/Tooting Broadway) shops, and local restaurants.

You’ll be living with two friendly 28-year-old girls who enjoy staying active, exercising, going for runs, and making the most of life. We enjoy a good balance of socialising and personal space, and we're always up for some fun, whether that's exploring the city, grabbing a coffee, or enjoying a relaxed evening at home. We keep the flat clean, respectful, and welcoming for everyone.

We're looking for someone who is tidy, considerate, and happy to contribute to a positive living environment. It would be great to find someone who enjoys a friendly atmosphere and is looking for a place to call home rather than just somewhere to stay.
