Large double room in professional flat available in Tooting - 5 minutes from Tooting Broadway - £1000/m plus bills. Available from July 28th (can be earlier if needed).

Looking for a friendly housemate in a professional stage of their life that is open to the occasional pub trip to join three other friendly housemates.

The Room: Large double room. Comes with a bed/mattress, a built-in wardrobe with a storage shelf above, large chest of drawers and bedside drawers. The room has lots of usable space so would easily fit a desk and other furniture. The room is on the top floor with one other housemate, where a bathroom is located and shared only with the housemate on the top floor.

The House: The house is a 4 bed with a large kitchen and living space with a lovely garden that sees a lot of sun in the summer. The space is great for socialising, watching TV, and even having the occasional BBQ.

Bathrooms: 3.5 bathrooms (one on the top floor, one on the bottom floor, and two en-suite rooms)

Housemates: you will be sharing with three men between their 20s and 30s in professional stages of life. All are very friendly and easy going who have interests varying from sport (rugby/football) to music.

Transport: 5 minute walk from Tooting Broadway, 10 minute walk from Tooting bec. Most will be able to easily commute to their area of work using the Northern line.
