I am moving out of my double bed bedroom in our modern, refurbished house in Tooting Broadway! £1,100 including bills and cleaner.

Flexible, can be sooner but looking for someone to move in between 30th July - 5th Aug, looking to sort ASAP! Ideally after another gal aged between 24-30🤍

🫶🏼 Living with three British girls aged 25-30. We all have office jobs, with WFH 1-2 days a week. A very nice balance between social and having your own space. We commonly go to the pub or the markets together!

Open living space with a large kitchen, a 6 seater dining table, breakfast bar, brand new fridge freezer, cosy cool lounge with flat screen 50 inch TV and has m a separate study. It has two modern bathrooms, one with a tub, other has a rain shower

🛍️🛒Tesco express and Lidl are 5 min walk away and we’re also close by to Primark, M&S and a big Sainsbury’s
🍻 We are nearby so many pubs (Antelope, Castle), brunch spots (Mud, Juliet’s), and of course Tooting Market, which has some of the cheapest and nicest food in the area!

🚊Perfect for anyone who works near Blackfriars or Farringdon as it’s a 5 min walk from the Thameslink! Thameslink also connects you to Wimbledon district line. For northern line, it’s a 12 min to the underground (Colliers Wood, i. e. you’ll always get a seat!).
🚌We have 5 buses right at the top of the street that run right through to the city and around SW, 2 of these services are 24H so you will always have a safe way home.

🏃🏼‍♀️Near a park that is great for running / walking with an outdoor workout area. Snap fitness is also a 10 min walk and Anytime fitness is a 15 min walk
