✨Double Bedroom Available 2nd September- Tooting✨

We’re looking for a lovely new housemate to join our home from 2nd September! Our current housemate, who is sadly leaving after 5 years, is moving on from house sharing, so we’re looking for someone equally lovely to take her place.

The room is a spacious double bedroom on the ground floor, and the rent is £580 per month, which includes all bills and a fortnightly cleaner.

We know the rent probably sounds too good to be true, especially with the current cost of living! But we promise there’s no catch. Our landlords are the sweetest elderly Irish couple who live next door. They’ve never been interested in renting the house for maximum profit—they’d much rather have a lovely group of girls who treat the house like a home. They’re honestly the best landlords you could ask for, and if anything ever needs fixing, they’re always quick to sort it.

The house has a shared kitchen, a cosy living room, and a lovely garden that’s been perfect for making the most of the summer. ☀️

The location is amazing too! We’re just a 4-minute walk from Lidl, as well as plenty of cafés, takeaways, shops, salons, and other local amenities. The house is perfectly situated between Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway stations on the Northern line, with both stations around a 7-minute walk away. There’s also a beautiful park just down the road and a gym within easy walking distance.

We’re ideally looking for a female housemate in her late 20s or 30s+ who is clean, tidy, respectful, and preferably doesn’t work from home. We’d love someone who’s happy to have a chat after work, enjoy the occasional movie night or dinner together, but who also values their own space. We all have our own lives, so there’s never any pressure, but we’d really love someone who wants to be part of the house rather than just renting a room.

A little bit about us… We’re quite a creative household! Alicia (29) works in social media and marketing for a hospitality events agency, Beth (35) is a marketing manager for a record label, and myself Holly (31) work in events as well as being a professional dancer. ✨
