Large double room in Tooting in lovely 3 bed house

We have a large spacious room available in our lovely three-bedroom house in Tooting. The room easily fits a king size bed, has plenty of floor space, and can fit a desk so is ideal if you work from home. It can be left fully furnished for a quick and easy move-in, you just need to agree on a price for various furniture directly with our outgoing housemate. She is moving in with her boyfriend and we will be sad to see her go (but gives you the perfect opportunity to move in!)

Beyond the room, the house features a huge but still cozy living room (with a dining table), a compact but very functional kitchen and two bathrooms. Our absolute favorite spot in the summer is the large garden; it gets gorgeous sunshine all day long and comes complete with a BBQ ready for warm afternoons.

You’ll be sharing with two girls, aged 29 and 31, who keep the house relaxed, warm, and welcoming. One works in the NHS as an Assistant Psychologist and balances a love for yoga, saunas, and cold plunges with always being down for a pint (or many). The other works in digital marketing, she is an incredible cook who loves all things food, is currently entering her running girl era, and regularly dog-sits, so there are often dogs floating around the house. We both work a mixture of in the office and from home. While we have our separate lives we also love to have dinner or occasional house parties.

We’re looking for someone friendly, clean, and considerate who enjoys having their own routine but is up for a catch-up over a meal, a drink in the garden, or forcing ourselves on a run.

Rent is £1050 per month plus bills which come to about 150 a month, with a move-in date of 1st October. Potentially earlier if needed. The house is in a great location, just a short walk (less than 10 mins) to Tooting broadway. Close to lots of shops, pubs and restaurants. As well as a 10 min walk from Tooting common.
