I am open to flexible days or Mon-Fri, and will adjust rent accordingly.

~5min walk from Tooting station (Thameslink)

Great location close to Tooting and Broadway Market. Lots of great food and shops at your doorstep.

About me: American in the UK for 9 years. I am hybrid worker, so go to office once a week.
I tend to stay active doing aerial acrobatics and travel often for work so you'll have to flat to yourself frequently. Home is where I recharge, but love eating out in Tooting.
I also have 2 rabbits that stay in a separate room.
