🏡 About the House

We have a gorgeous house in Tooting, with a really lovely homely atmosphere. The room is a really good sized double, fully furnished and gets lots of natural light! We live on a very safe residential road, opposite to a wee shop, laundrette and nearby to the best Chinese takeaway in Tooting. 🙂‍↕️ The house has a large garden, which is gorgeous in the summer! We also have a small study that we use when working from home. Our lovely flatmate Kat is moving out, so we’re looking for someone to join us and make the house their home! 💕

🚇 Tooting Station: around a 5-minute walk (Thames Link)
🚇 Tooting Broadway: around a 15-minute walk (Northern Line)

The house is in a great spot for getting around London, with plenty of shops, cafés, pubs and of course Tooting market!

You’d be living with Lucy and Megan, who are both friendly, sociable and love a good mix of doing things together and having our own chill time.

We’re definitely a house where you can be as involved as you want to be, whether that’s joining us for a spontaneous pub trip, mooching around the shops, or having a cosy evening at home.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and up for making the house feel like a home, rather than just somewhere to sleep. We love having a good natter in the kitchen, making plans together and occasionally ending up spending the whole evening on the sofa! 📺

At the same time, we completely understand that everyone has their own lives, friends and routines, there’s no pressure to be joined at the hip!
